Research and find a good Twitter application, learn re-tweet etiquette, and get used 2 reading & typing abbrv. words 4 longer tweets u post.

@zaksoup. His cat avatar's always give us a giggle.

We are helpful, quick, and entertaining- and we occasionally give out free stuff. :)

We hold conversations with customers that pertain to their issue. We also tweet helpful and/or interesting articles related to our industry.
