If by that you mean do we ever get praised for our attentiveness and amount of helpful information, then yes. ;)

Research and find a good Twitter application, learn re-tweet etiquette, and get used 2 reading & typing abbrv. words 4 longer tweets u post.
Who is the funniest person on Twitter that you follow?
@zaksoup. His cat avatar's always give us a giggle.

We are helpful, quick, and entertaining- and we occasionally give out free stuff. :)
How do you decide what to tweet?
We hold conversations with customers that pertain to their issue. We also tweet helpful and/or interesting articles related to our industry.

To provide an additional channel of immediate customer support.

Yes. Twitter has enabled us to have better relationships with our customers & provide more efficient support & monitoring of issues.
