Be real, and always use your best judgment.
How long can you go without a tweet?
As long as there are problems to solve, we don't stop Tweeting. Great customer service never stops, so we're always online - 24/7.
Why should people follow you?
We'd love the chance to bring a smile to your face!
How do you decide what to tweet?
We sniff out service issues from all over Twitter and act with lightning speed! Also, we like to joke around from time to time. :D
