What's your best tweet?
The one that started the #sHamleys campaign. 2.8m tweets and 180k people told them it was wrong to have live penguins in store.
What are six things you could never do without?
Camera and lens, computer, iphone, television, pet cat, and of course my wife Louise! x (not in that order ...)
How do you use Twitter in your professional life?
To share pictures, get to know people, and get help and information.
What's your favorite Twitter app?
Has to be tweetdeck, but only on a computer. All those columns doesn't work for me on a phone.
Twitter or Facebook?
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
#baublebonce - @jamesmb kept hitting his head on a Christmas bauble. We took the mickey ;-)
What feature should Twitter add?
I actually like it as it is. Probably one of the few things I wouldn't change!
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
The wonderful wildlife that we as campaigners are improving the lives of, one tweet at a time!
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
Christmas. I absolutely hate the four letter version starting with 'x' and have for many years. I will occasionally use C'mas if I have to.
Is there someone you want to follow you who doesn't already? If so, who?
I'd like a few more people who can make a difference to wildlife, but then everyone can, and many who follow me already do.
Have you ever unfollowed someone? Who and why?
All the time. It doesn't mean they're not interesting, but sometimes it's just not my thing. We can't all be interested in everything.
Why should we vote for you?
Because I really want to improve the lives of wild animals who are mistreated by humans. Profile helps me to do that.
Terms you wish would start trending on Twitter right now?
#ForFoxSake 'UK bans animal circuses' #BigsTop
What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
@phillprice and @jamesmb - we met via twitter and ended up becoming hosts of a podcast for Photographers which achieved 10k downloads
Hashtag you created that you wish everyone used?
#ForFoxSake - my latest effort to show people that Foxes don't eat children like the UK tabloids are saying this week!
How do you make your tweets unique?
By saying what I see. Too many Sundays watching Catchphrase as a kid!
What inspires you to tweet?
Being passionate about something. Or eating dinner and thinking people want to see what I'm having :-D
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
All the time. I work hard to get people involved, but I understand that it might be too much for some.
140 characters of advice for a new user?
Don't just stalk celebs. Talk to people, get involved. If you want to achieve something, ask other people to support you. They will.
How long can you go without a tweet?
Sometimes a couple of days, but no-one notices. I think it's possible to tweet too much, and too often I do!
What question are we not asking here that we should?
Do you think that twitter can make a difference in real life and change things?
How do you imagine Twitter changing?
Clearly more people makes it more challenging and cluttered, but it's not destroyed it like people said it would.
Who do you admire most for his or her use of Twitter?
@jamesmb really is good at getting people involved. He's raised a load of money for charity too. Vote for him in 'politics' - please?
Who is the funniest person on Twitter that you follow?
It has to be @jamesmb, who's also pretty good at getting people to listen. Just don't mention #baublebonce. Please vote for him in 'politics'
What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
That everyone on it is just using it to stalk celebrities.
Why should people follow you?
Because I genuinely care about wildlife. And I know a lot of pointless stuff!
Can you name some one-of-a-kind Twitter accounts that you follow?
@wildlifeaid - a really amazing bloke who has devoted his life to rescuing wildlife. For him, the world can't change fast enough.
How do you decide what to tweet?
It's whatever comes down the pipe between my brain and my fingers! And yes, I heard you muttering 'what brain' :-)
Why'd you start tweeting?
Other people I knew were doing it, and thought I'd have a look. Didn't realise it was more addictive than cocaine!
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Sure has, I've met loads of people in real life as a result, I've learnt things, and I've managed to change something I cared about.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Let people know what they think and launch campaigns. If people are with you, you really can change the world!
How will the world change in the next year?
Views are changing on treatment of wild animals for the better all the time. I really hope it continues
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
I try not to swear too much, but don't mind people who do. It's hard to avoid when something bad happens to wildlife.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
Free of factory farming and cruel stunts using animals. As a species, we need to understand our huge power, and use it well.
