How do you use Twitter in your professional life?
We help our customers over Twitter but it's also a great source of information for us. It helps us keep an eye on the latest trends.

Definitely CoTweet - it helps us work as a team.

Because we treat our customers as individuals, we're always friendly and chirpy and love to help.
How do you make your tweets unique?
Because we treat our customers individually, no two tweets are the same.
What inspires you to tweet?
We want to give customers the right answer every time they contact us, no matter how they contact us.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
We don't think so - but if we do please tell us!

About the same amount of time it takes to finish sending my last one.
How do you imagine Twitter changing?
As it grows and more people recognise its usefulness - so will it become much more integrated with other parts of people's lives.

Because we provide a quick and high level of service while expressing our sociable, friendly side.
How do you decide what to tweet?
We only tweet helpful stuff that our customers need - so we let them decide!
