T-Mobile started a Twitter account as a customer service channel. We share info regularly as well, but mainly aim to listen and help.

Of course! It is hard to remember life before I had Twitter on my Android phone.

Many people don't take full advantage of their Twitter profile as a way to share who they are and what they're all about.

We're going to see mobile phones used for an increasing number of daily tasks, like mobile phone payments or unlocking doors.
